• Replace old pulleys with modern brass pulleys incorporating a sealed ball bearing unit, resulting in smooth and positive action in operation.

• Install concealed draught proofing system 

• Undercoat all exposed woodwork and caulk beading leaving the window ready for the decorator 

• Fit new center catch, sash-lifts and window locks as directed by the customer
